The Spring Hill HOA Board has been working closely with the City of Green Engineering Department in follow-up to the safety and traffic concerns submitted to the city administration on April 21st regarding the Arlington Road Corridor Construction Project.
The following updates and upcoming events are important for Spring Hill residents and neighboring communities:
* A copy of the HOA Board’s formal letter to the City administration outlining the safety and traffic concerns impacting Spring Hill residents and surrounding neighborhoods is attached for your reference.
* Spring Hill homeowners are invited to attend an informational meeting with Mayor Rocco Yeargin and the Arlington Road Project Team on Thursday, May 21 at 6:00 PM at Central Park Community Hall. Please see the attached invitation from the Mayor for additional details.
* Kevin Tremmal, HOA Board Vice President, worked with the City Engineering Department this week to assemble and distribute an informational project package for each Spring Hill homeowner. You will find the envelope in the newspaper compartment of your mailbox.
* The City has also announced an Arlington Road Project Open House on Thursday, June 4 from 6:00–7:30 PM at Ragon Chiropractic, 3661 S. Arlington Road.
