Entrance Lighting Work – March 29th Update

The electrical contractors are continuing the work to repair the damaged/inoperable lighting at the entrance to the development. As of last Thursday, March 27, it was determined that additional excavation work will be needed along an approximately 300 foot run of conduit. This work will start at the location of the current dig (Springbury Dr.) and continue along toward the entrance until the repair is completed.

During this work, it is possible that several identified trees and signs will need to be removed/replaced. The Board is asking all residents to be careful when driving and walking in this area, and by all means, please DO NOT remove any of the safety barriers that have been placed around the work area. 2015 Annual Assessments – Due April 15, 2015

Letters/Invoices for the 2015 annual assessments will be distributed this week via USPS…

  • $150/lot/residence
  • Due April 15, 2015 (to avoid late penalties)
  • Per HOA Guidelines/Restrictions (all phases), any payment not received within 30 days of receiving the invoice is subject to an additional $10 penalty for every 30 days of delinquency
  • All outstanding dues, as of June 30, 2015, will be turned over the HOA’s law firm for collection
