Economical Option for homeowners to the City Sidewalk Program.

The City of Green’s service department has recently identified 7 more Spring Hill homeowners of having sidewalk sections with 2 Inch Trip Hazards (Phase 2). Like last year’s Phase 1, the city will remove and replace the sidewalk section(s) to correct the problem and remove any Street Tree that could be contributing to the uneven sidewalk sections (at the homeowner’s expense). Per the HOA Covenants the homeowner must replace the street tree to preserve the appearance and value of our neighborhood.

A more economical and less evasive sidewalk repair option to removing the trip hazard would be re-leveling the identified sidewalk sections. Which also allows the homeowner to keep their beautiful mature tree.

STARK CONCRETE LEVELING INC. Recently contacted the HOA Board and provided a Spring Hill neighborhood price quote for homeowners to consider:

Single sidewalk section at location $195.00

Multiple sections at location $125.00 per slab

Interested homeowners can call Ed Barth for an estimate at 330-996-8120

2025 Deliquent HOA Annual assessments & late fees

As a reminder, the 2025 Spring Hill HOA annual assessments of $250. are collected each year to cover neighborhood maintenance and related expenses were due March 31st 2025. According to HOA covenants, any payments not received by the due date will be assessed $10. for every 30 days of delinquency.
Unfortunately, we have multiple home owners that are delinquent, and should submit their payment of $260. by May 31st. to avoid additional monthly late charges. Payments can be submitted by check or Zelle via your banking institution per instructions on the HOA Assessment invoice.
Please contact the HOA Board at Springhillhoaboard@gmail.com with any questions.
