We will be moving forward with a project to install an aerator and three (3) fountains in the lake at the front of the development, adjacent to Boettler Road. The work will be done by Hoffman’s WATER X SCAPES Garden Center on Caston Road and is expected to be completed over the next several weeks. In addition to the aerator and fountains, a bacteria treatment will also be applied to the lake as a means to improve overall water quality and appearance.

During the project, residents around the lake should expect to see work trucks along Larabee Circle, as well as crews in boats out in the lake. It was also determined that some electrical work will have to be completed at the box near Boettler Road and further up the lake in order to support the power requirements for the aerators and fountains. When complete, the fountains will have a pattern similar to the image included in this post.
