Lawn Maintenance & Landscaping Announcement

The HOA Board has selected Brothers Grimm Landscape & Design Co. to service and maintain all common areas of our community. A Request for Proposal (RFP) was sent out to five local landscaping vendors with the specifics regarding the types of services we require to keep our entrance area looking great for all current and future residents. In addition to the factors associated with that section of the RFP, attention was also given to how we can leverage this business relationship to extend additional benefits to our residents.

As a condition for awarding the contract, Brothers Grimm Landscape & Design Co. will provide a 10% discount off all services to Spring Hill residents; if 5 or more houses enter into service contracts with Brothers Grimm, the discount will increase to 15%. In addition to these benefits, we will be working with Brothers Grimm to finalize a community mulch purchase as a means to take advantage of larger volume pricing. Details on that will be posted to the website and communicated out via our Facebook page when available.

In the meantime, if you’re interested in taking advantage of the discount, you can read more about Brothers Grimm and find their contact information on the company’s website. If you have any other questions for the Board, you can reach us via the Contact HOA Board link at the top of this page.
