  • Entry Lighting Repair

If you would like anything added to the agenda for the December meeting, please send your ideas/comments to the Board by using the Contact HOA Board link above and completing the form.

Public Meeting – Tuesday, June 3

The HOA will once again hold a quarterly public meeting, open to all residents of Spring Hill. The next meeting will take place Tuesday, June 3 @ 7:00pm at the Torok Community Center, 4224 Massillon Road (next to Green Central Fire Station #1, just south of the roundabout).

If you’re new to Spring Hill, these meetings are open to all residents and cover a variety of topics as well as an open discussion/Q&A with the Board.

New Safety Alert Service

We have completed the replacement of our platform used to send text/SMS messages to residents for safety alerts, and other time-sensitive information. All of the information can be found on the Safety Alerts page.

If you’ve already signed up for the alerts with our previous provider, you DO NOT have to register again.

Annual Community Yard & Garage Sale – 5/9-5/10

The annual Spring Hill Community Yard & Garage Sale will be Friday, May 9 through Saturday, May 10 from 9:00am-4:00pm. As in past years, our weekend will be the same as the community sales for Meadow Wood, and other Green developments.

Street Light Maintenance

Ohio Edison will be re-wiring and performing other maintenance activities on the street lights throughout the neighborhood. When complete, this will address some of the problems we’ve been having recently with lights not functioning, turning on/off at the wrong times, etc. In addition, the sodium and mercury bulbs currently in use today will be replaced with more efficient and longer-lasting LED bulbs. The new bulbs will last longer and have a more consistent brightness than those in use now.

Residents can expect to see Ohio Edison trucks on the streets as this work is being completed, so please be careful while coming in and out of the development. As always, if any lights are not working at all, please report that to the HOA using the Contact link at the top of the page.
