The HOA Board will be having its first public meeting of the year on June 27, 2019 at 7:00pm. The meeting will be held at the John Torok Community Center on Massillon Road (See Below). All residents are encouraged to attend. The HOA Board will be providing a financial update and a review of old/new business…including the restriction amendments addressing rental properties and the homeowners responsibilities for maintaining the trees planted alongside all roads.

The HOA Board currently has one open position to be filled at the upcoming meeting on November 13th at 7:00pm; the meeting will be held at the John Torok Community Center. The Board meets approximately once/month to review open issues, plan/distribute assessments, etc. In addition, there are two public resident meetings per year that all HOA Board members attend.

DeHoff Development will be holding an informational meeting for all Spring Hill residents on Thursday, May 3rd at 7:00pm. The meeting will be held at the City of Green Community Hall, located at the Central Administration Building on Town Park Blvd.

The purpose of this meeting will be to provide an update on two development projects that will be starting in the areas of undeveloped land adjacent to Spring Hill, including the Village of St. Edward senior housing project and the planned commercial development along Arlington Rd., behind Kenway Blvd. A question/answer session will follow a brief presentation.

The HOA Board will be having its final public meeting on November 30, 2017 at 7:00pm. The meeting will be held at the John Torok Community Center on Massillon Road (See Below). The HOA Board will be having another public meeting on Thursday, August 31st @ 7:00pm at the John Torok Senior Center (see below). All residents are encouraged to attend in order to participate in the discussion of the proposed amendments, as well as voting. In addition, the HOA Board will also be reviewing various updates and taking questions and ideas for future topics.
