HOA Public Meeting – March 12, 2012 at 7:00pm

The HOA will once again hold quarterly public meeting, open to all residents of Spring Hill.  2012 meetings will take place at 7 PM at the Torok Community Center, 4224 Massillon Road (next to Green Central Fire Station #1, just south of the roundabout).  Dates of meetings are: March 12th, June 11th, Sept. 10th and Dec. 10th (2013 Election Meeting).

2012 HOA Board of Directors –

The Spring Hill HOA welcomes Scott Infante to the board, effective Jan. 1, 2012.  Scott has already contributed significantly to our neighborhood; last year, Scott constructed the HOA website. He will continue this responsibility among other initiatives & responsibilities on the board.

The Spring Hill Neighborhood HOA would like to announce the election of new members to its Board, to begin serving in January 2012. Two Board positions need to be filled. One is open as expected (three-year term); the other is available due to the recent resignation of board member Steve Mariani (two-year term).

If you are interested in serving on the Board, or wish to nominate one of your neighbors, please print and complete the nomination form and return it to one of your HOA members, or mail it to:

The deadline for submitting nominations is November 11, 2011. For more information, please contact one of your HOA Board members. The election will take place Monday December 5, 2011 at 7:00 PM at Queen of Heaven Church, Parish Life Center, 1800 Steese Road. Voting will take place in person that evening, and results will be tallied and announced at the conclusion of the meeting.

During our last community meeting, we discussed organizing a Neighborhood Watch program. If you’re interested in learning more about the program, and possibly participating on the steering committee, please plan to attend this special HOA meeting on Thursday, August 25th at 7:00pm.  The meeting will be held at the Torok Community Center on Massillon Road, just south of the Green Fire Station.

We’ve invited a Deputy Sheriff to educate us on Neighborhood Watch programs and how we can keep our community a safer place to live and enjoy.
