- $150/lot/residence
- Due April 15, 2015 (to avoid late penalties)
- Per HOA Guidelines/Restrictions (all phases), any payment not received within 30 days of receiving the invoice is subject to an additional $10 penalty for every 30 days of delinquency
- All outstanding dues, as of June 30, 2015, will be turned over the HOA’s law firm for collection
