Peerless Cognac Barrel Finished Bourbon (112.1 Proof / 56.05% ABV, 750 mL)
This bourbon begins as Peerless’s signature Sweet Mash Small Batch Bourbon, then undergoes a special finish in authentic Cognac casks—resulting in a beautifully spaced harmony of rich Kentucky bourbon and elegant French Cognac influences. It’s bottled at barrel strength (112.1 proof), non–chill-filtered, and is a limited-edition release, often exclusive to the distillery.

-
Finish: Long and silky, with fresh pear, dried herbs, and oak-driven spice that lingers beautifully.
