Named for the MAMMOTH—and fully functional—trebuchet that proudly sits on the estate’s front lawn, this Trebuchet is a tangy South African white blend. Composed of 85% Sauvignon Blanc and 15% Semillon, this full, dry wine shows fresh green flavours with tropical notes and a lemon citrus finish. The grapes are handpicked, sorted, and destemmed before being pumped into stainless steel tanks, where they grow in complexity. This white is designed to age yet offers drinking pleasure for those who prefer it in its youth. Enjoy this vibrant yet smooth blend with various seafood and green vegetable dishes, including roasted cod with brussel sprouts and carrots.
