If you plan on doing any work to the outside of your home, including a deck, fence, patio, addition, etc. you will need to complete the form below PRIOR to starting construction. In addition the Architectural Review approval, you’ll also need a completed/approved building permit from the City of Green – also submitted to the Architectural Review Board.
Once the form is completed and submitted for review, please allow up to 5 business days for a response – either approval or follow-up for additional information or plans.
Note: This process is NOT required for any landscaping projects. There are restrictions in place for each phase of Spring Hill that outline requirements for landscaping.
